Fully Insured Delivery
All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. The value is fully declared on custom documentations, and a signature is strictly required upon delivery. We utilize specialized couriers such as FedEx Priority and Malca-Amit for high-value gemstone transport.
Luxury Signature Packaging
Each creation arrives nestled in our custom signature packaging, which includes a hand-polished leather box, linen document holder, and sealed lab certifications. Outer boxes are completely discreet to protect contents.
Return Concierge
If you wish to return a piece, contact our client concierge within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped back in pristine, unworn condition with all security tags and certifications intact. Return courier fees and customs are the responsibility of the client.

Please note that all international orders are subject to local import taxes, customs, and duties as determined by the destination country's custom agency. Maza Gems is not responsible for clearing local import duties.
